1. The service

TREVEQ is a platform for car services — starting with doorstep care & cleaning, with further modules (service & repair, money & compliance, parking, accessories) rolling out over time. Bookings, scheduling and payments happen inside the TREVEQ app. This website is informational only and takes no orders.

2. Your account

You need a valid Indian mobile number to create an account, verified by a one-time password. Keep your device and number secure — actions taken from your account are treated as yours. You must be 18 or older to use the service.

3. Bookings & access

For doorstep services you agree to give our professionals reasonable access to your vehicle at the chosen address and time. If the vehicle isn't accessible, the visit may be marked as attempted and charged per your plan's fair-use terms.

4. Pricing & payments

Prices are shown in the app before you commit, in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Invoices are issued in the app. Refunds for failed or cancelled services follow the plan terms shown at purchase.

5. Service quality

Every completed job includes photo proof. If a service falls short, report it in the app or write to admin@treveq.in within 48 hours and we'll make it right — redo or refund at our discretion, applied fairly.

6. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the platform, our professionals, or other users; don't attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems; don't use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Liability

We stand behind the work booked through TREVEQ. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. We're not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be notified in the app or on this page. You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
