Cancellation & Refund Policy
How our subscriptions, cancellations and refunds work.

What you subscribe to
TREVEQ is a monthly, auto-renewing car-care subscription billed through Razorpay. There are two plans by vehicle size: Standard (hatchback / sedan) at ₹899/month and Large (SUV / MUV / luxury) at ₹999/month. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Each plan renews automatically every month until you cancel.
Free trial
If your plan starts with a free trial, you are not charged during the trial period. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time, in either of these ways:
- In the app — open the car, tap Subscription, and choose to cancel.
- By email — write to admin@treveq.in from your registered contact and we'll cancel it for you.
When you cancel, you can choose how service ends:
- At period end — washes continue until the end of the month you've already paid for, then the plan stops and does not renew. No further charges.
- Immediately — washes stop right away and the plan does not renew.
Pausing instead of cancelling
Travelling or car unavailable? You can pause a plan for 1–7 days from the app. We don't wash on paused days, and your plan is simply extended by the same number of days — no days are lost.
Refunds
- Current billing cycle. Because plans are prepaid for the month, we do not provide pro-rata cash refunds for the remaining days of a cycle once it has been charged. You keep service until the end of that paid month (choose "at period end" when cancelling).
- Missed or unsatisfactory washes. Our promise is a completed wash with photo proof. If we miss a scheduled wash, we add free service days to your plan as compensation once verified — rather than a cash refund — so you always get the days you paid for.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges. If you are charged in error or twice for the same period, we refund the erroneous amount to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of verification.
Approved refunds are always returned to the original payment method through Razorpay; we never store your card, UPI or bank details.
How to request a refund or raise an issue
Email admin@treveq.in with your registered mobile number and the wash or charge in question. We respond within 3 business days.
