How TREVEQ collects, uses and protects your information.

Who we are
TREVEQ ("we", "us") is a car-services platform operated as a registered Indian proprietorship (Udyam Registration UDYAM-HR-12-0033628), based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. This policy covers the TREVEQ mobile app and the treveq.in website.
What we collect
- Identity & contact — your name and mobile number, verified via a one-time password delivered over WhatsApp or SMS.
- Address & location — your service address and, with your permission, device location, used to check serviceability and route our professionals.
- Vehicle details — make, model and registration plate of vehicles you add.
- Service photos — photos of your vehicle taken by our professionals as proof of completed work.
- Payment information — payments are processed by Razorpay; we receive transaction confirmations but never store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
- Usage data — basic app diagnostics used to keep the service reliable.
How we use it
- To deliver the services you book, and to show you proof of the work done.
- To verify your identity and secure your account.
- To process payments, invoices and refunds.
- To notify you about your bookings and service updates.
- To improve the product and to comply with law.
We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
Who we share it with
Only what's needed, only with parties that help us run the service: our verified service professionals (your address, vehicle and booking details), Razorpay (payment processing), Meta (WhatsApp message delivery for OTPs and notifications), cloud infrastructure providers hosting our systems in India, and authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is active. Invoices and transaction records are retained as required by Indian tax law. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance by writing to admin@treveq.in. We respond within 30 days, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to what each role needs, and our systems are hosted in India. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your car's data the way we treat your car — carefully.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and note the new date above.
